My Educational Foundation
My journey began with a solid educational foundation. I earned my Bachelor in Science from D.N. College Meerut. This was followed by a D.Pharma from Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, where I developed a keen understanding of pharmaceutical sciences, and further specialized studies, including a P.G.D.B.A. in Marketing from Symbiosis Pune. To satiate my deep interest in empowering others led me to a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD Delhi. To refine my leadership skills, I completed the Advance Program in Management at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML). Additionally, I became a certified Psychometric Test Professional, equipping me with unique insights into team dynamics and individual capabilities.
A Flourishing Career
My professional career took off at Unichem Lab Ltd, where I quickly rose through the ranks from an Executive Sales Promotion officer to District Manager. Here, I successfully launched numerous products and led my team to achieve remarkable sales growth, consistently surpassing targets.
At AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd, I managed maternal healthcare products and organized educational programs for healthcare professionals. This experience deepened my understanding of the importance of effective communication and education in healthcare.
My next chapter unfolded at Merck Sharp & Dohm, where I played a pivotal role in launching the world's first cervical cancer vaccine. This experience not only honed my marketing skills but also ignited my passion for public health education, as I organized awareness programs for patients and healthcare providers alike.
Most recently, as the Learning & Development Manager at Pathkind Labs Gurgaon—a subsidiary of Mankind Pharma—I had the privilege of training over 700 sales executives and 200 managers across 15 states in India. My focus on creating engaging digital content transformed traditional training methods into interactive experiences that empowered teams to excel.

With a wealth of experience and a desire to give back to the community, I founded Learning Caffe. My mission is to equip pharmaceutical entrepreneurs and managers with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to navigate the complexities of starting, scaling, and managing successful teams and profitable ventures. At Learning Caffe, I provide tailored coaching that addresses the unique challenges faced by professionals in this industry.
